In the Kettlebell 1 day workshop you will learn how to make your client perform and function better. Kettlebell techniques are taught which will give you the edge over other trainers in client performance. The course is the most in depth course in Kettlebell training for fitness & sports performance. Not only will participants learn to use and teach others how to use Kettlebells, they will be given a better understanding of how their bodies work whilst performing each exercise.

Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – Endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. In our kettlebell instructor course, you will learn how to support your clients when lifting kettlebells, to ensure correct technical movement for safety and effectiveness. We have identified the fundamentals of kettlebell training and built this course around them.
You will also learn functional exercises that are appropriately designed for all types of athletes and sports enthusiasts. Particular movement patterns will help clients achieve better performance, health and long-term function.
This course will teach you essential skills, techniques, and principles in a small group environment.

You’ll learn to deliver training in key kettlebell and advanced lifts techniques, incorporate functional exercises, core movements, workout structure as well as be taught how to develop programs designed for your clients’ unique needs.

The course will teach you the fundamentals of kettlebell training and allow you to master the basics of the exercises while improving your ability to teach these principles to your clients.

  • All the exercises taught on the course will be broken down and trainers will learn all of the necessary techniques to perform them safely and effectively, while also employing corrective strategies to improve client performance. The course will also teach you advanced techniques that will give you the edge over other trainers.
